About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to maximize revenue and unit volume for the Fanatics Collect platform, with a primary focus on Fixed Price Marketplace (FPM) and a secondary focus on Auctions. This role requires a results-driven individual with deep experience in collectibles sales, who can bring an established network of dealer relationships and begin driving revenue with minimal onboarding.
The ideal candidate will be a proven sales leader with a track record of managing high-value dealer accounts, generating revenue at scale, and delivering exceptional post-sale service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation:
- Drive sales for the Fanatics Collect platform, focusing on FPM and Auctions.
- Leverage existing relationships to bring in significant dealer business ($1M /year in sales volume).
- Identify opportunities to maximize both revenue and unit volume in the collectibles marketplace.
Dealer Management & Outreach:
- Cultivate relationships with high-value collectible dealers, ensuring long-term loyalty.
- Conduct outbound sales at shows, shops, and collectibles events to expand the dealer network.
- Manage the sales process end-to-end, including post-sale account management and service.
International Sales Expansion:
- Develop strategies to grow international sales, particularly in Europe and Asia, tapping into established and new networks.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Serve as a key contact for dealer feedback, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Market Expertise:
- Stay informed on industry trends, ensuring Fanatics Collect remains competitive in the collectibles market.
Key Requirements
- 5 years of direct experience in collectibles sales, including high-volume, high-dollar dealer management.
- Proven success in outbound sales, particularly at events, shops, and collectible-centric shows.
- Established network and book of business with collectible dealers generating $1M annually.
- Expertise in post-sale account management and customer service for sports card dealers.
- Strong knowledge of international collectibles markets, particularly in Europe and Asia.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and drive results with minimal training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with dealers and internal stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $99,000-$123,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.

It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
