Overview
Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will serve as a key member of the Finance team. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial forecasting and reporting and also assist with the continued improvement of FP&A processes and procedures. They will assist in managing the financial processes for FBG's G&A department's and be involved in month end reporting, variance analysis, forecasting, and annual planning. A successful candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Finance Business Partner to FBG's G&A departments, working closely with their leadership teams
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting, developing impactful reporting and analysis across the FBG organization.
- Assist with management of the forecasting model, including consolidations, scenario planning, reporting, variance analyses, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
- Contribute to streamlining the forecast process, increasing forecast accuracy, aligning across various teams and stakeholders and enabling meaningful forecast reviews with leadership.
- Work cross functionally with various teams at FBG, including collaboration with senior leadership to learn the business and provide financial insights and in depth analysis.
- Assist with special projects and reports as needed.
