The Sales Manager position is intended to expand and grow Fanatics’ WinCraft brand hardgoods position in the strategic accounts marketplace. In this position, the Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and sales growth of identified accounts. Working closely with the Vice President of Sales, the Sales Manager will provide leadership in expanding hardgoods product families with Strategic Accounts. The Sales Manager will be required to travel to develop business while educating and selling the identified retailers on the full scope of products and services that the WinCraft brand offers.

Essential Job Functions
- Achieve or exceed established sales revenue and margin goals set forth by management on a monthly and annual basis.
- Primary effort focused on retail development and revenue growth of the identified accounts, with contributions in collaboration with other Sales Team members on special programs and promotions outside of assigned accounts.
- Work closely with Vice President of Sales managing day to day strategic business responsibilities including:
- Interact daily with the strategic sales team, including support departments. Provide leadership, support, solutioning, and follow-up on areas of concern
- Evaluate strategic retailer performance, with a focus on Hardgoods product assortment development and product expansion with strategic retailers.
- Effective collaboration with Operations on priority orders and event business
- Collaborating with Vice President of Sales to establish seasonal time lines and accurate forecasts.
- Create sales plans for identified account and effectively execute plan.
- Work as a team on event sales and provide co-workers with assistance required to maximize event and strategic team program opportunities.
- Identify, communicate, and react to trends occurring in respective markets. Maintain competitive awareness and escalate business issues to leadership as needed.
- Be proactive in developing relationship and understanding customers’ expectations and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all WinCraft properties and associated products. Apply this knowledge to maximize sales potential of each property and all products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of WinCraft custom products and how to present and sell to customers.
- Thoroughly complete product information for quotes, required for unusual run sizes or custom products that require quotes and report back to customers in a timely fashion.
- Provide leadership, support, advice, and follow-up on areas of concern. Trouble shoot accounts experiencing challenges. Advise leadership of potential and/or current problems.
- Develop well defined travel plans, dashboards, virtual meetings and presentation planning.
- Utilize travel check list to ensure appropriate planning timelines and customer meeting expectations.
- Obtain required Sales and Accounting information needed to establish new accounts in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and associated restrictions set forth by management as they pertain to Licensed Properties.
- Research, communicate, and resolve complaints issues critical to servicing customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain and enhance internal relationships, conducting yourself in a positive and inclusive manner daily.
- Other duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in direct B2B sales.
- At least 3 years in a strategic role selling regional & national retailers.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business expansion.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies and business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to lead sales initiatives that result in increased market share.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, with a focus on long-term partnership development.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organized, with the ability to create, refine, and deliver impactful sales presentations tailored to various audiences.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
