Overview :
As a VIP Account Manager at Fanatics Betting & Gaming, you will be responsible for managing and building a portfolio of VIP players. The VIP Account Manager will improve the VIP player experience, overall optimizing player value and retention for FBG's sports betting and online casino products. Reporting into VIP leadership you will play an integral role on the VIP team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and build a portfolio of VIP players & develop relationships with those customers through enhanced service and proactive correspondence.
- Regularly engage with VIP players to monitor and identify opportunities to increase engagement and loyalty.
- Meet predetermined productivity, quality, and Service Level Agreement targets.
- Provide detailed reports on your Customer Portfolio to both your line managers and relevant departments within the business.
- Help to plan, attend and host VIP player events.
- Deliver against company responsible gaming metrics
