Essential Functions
- Oversee and manage the operations of the entire fulfillment/manufacturing center.
- Lead the regional team, including senior leadership, budget management, and planning, ensuring the location is an employer of choice.
- Direct leadership teams to ensure the efficient and safe operation of fulfillment/manufacturing center activities.
- Continuously seek innovative strategies to move warehouse operations to "best in class."
- Develop, implement, and lead strategic and tactical objectives that align with corporate goals and annual operating plans for profitability and customer service.
- Ensure fulfillment center deliverables, timelines, and profitability goals are met consistently.
- Build effective business partnerships with senior department leaders to facilitate cross-functional activities that meet or exceed annual operating plans.
- Lead the development of cross-functional KPIs to ensure performance targets are achieved.
- Execute performance analysis to drive informed decision-making across the operation.
- Play a key role in strategy development and planning within the Commerce business.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve service, cost, and margin performance across the distribution center.
- Contributes to the development and deployment of new supply chain models, including VAS services, cross-docking, and DC bypass programs.
- Collaborate with IT to improve systems functionality and enhance employee experience.

Work Environment
This position works in an environment in which safety, environmental and health concerns may demand constant attention.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse setting. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment can vary, but below the required limits for hearing protection.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms
The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Days and hours of work are determined between you and your leader based off business needs.
Travel
Increased travel should be expected during the first few months (up to 25%). 5-10% thereafter.
Required Education and Experience
- 10 years in Distribution and Logistics leadership roles (including 3PL and Cross-Docking experience)
- 6 years team leadership and people management
- Market leading knowledge of global market analysis, macro-economic drivers, sourcing category strategy, supplier relationship management, strategic vendor alliance programs, ‘should-cost’ models, and multi-year negotiation strategies, Lean Initiatives
- Knowledge of critical procurement legal requirements and contracting best practices
- Knowledge of business ethics
- Exceptional ability to influence at a Senior Executive Level both internally and externally
- Exceptional communication both written and oral
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bilingual – Spanish and English
- Knowledge utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan Preferred) and Oracle.
