- Champion a Culture of Safety – Promote a hazard-free environment by maintaining high standards of safety and compliance at every step of the operation
- Own the Floor and the Numbers – Manage inventory accuracy, labor planning, budget forecasting, equipment maintenance, and cost control strategies
- Mentor & Develop Talent – Recruit, train, and grow high-performing teams through consistent feedback, development plans, and accountability
What you bring to the team:
- Proven leadership experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution center operations (5 years preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience in logistics and operations leadership
- Demonstrated success leading, motivating, and developing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong operational knowledge of warehouse management systems (Manhattan WMS and Oracle ERP preferred)
- Experience with cycle counts, inventory audits, workforce planning, and SOP development
- Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills
- Fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 75 lbs), with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime during peak
- Comfortable with up to 20% travel during initial onboarding, and 5–10% annually thereafter

- Regular exposure to varying warehouse temperatures, industrial noise, and physical activity
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and equipment monitoring required
