Responsibilities
- Macro-level order book analysis and management
- Generate and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and make recommendations for efficiencies across cross-functional work streams
- Understand and support quality order intake initiatives
- Seasonal and in-season order file hand offs and drop reporting
- Support Hot Market (Playoff and Special Event) order intake strategy, processes and execution
- Optimize use of sales tools and enforce best practices through continuous improvement. Develop and implement new initiatives (ie., tools, process, assets, reporting) that accelerate the productivity of the sales team
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and Key Programs for Sales that contribute to Fanatics strategic and revenue plans
- Liaison between Sales and internal operations stakeholders such as Warehouse/Production teams, Planning, Retail Services to ensure customer expectations are met
- Use BI data to drive decision-making and communication around order book & onboard sales team to all BI features for self-serve reporting
- Ability to influence and communicate important feedback from Sales and customers to internal cross functional teams
- 3-5 years Sales Operations, Retail Services, Planning or similar experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Licensed sports industry knowledge and/or experience highly desired
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint skills, proficient with Microsoft applications
- MicroStrategy or other data querying tool experience required
- Sales Force or other CRM system experience preferred
- Expert level analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Strong professional and proactive communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, solid written and verbal communicator
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure
- Positive attitude with flexibility and adapts quickly to change
