POSITION OVERVIEW
Fanatics Collect's continued growth has brought us a unique opportunity to join our team as an Intake Operations Representative (Asset Control Representative). Reporting to the Manager of Asset Controls, the Asset Control Representative will be responsible for the daily operations of all vault operations. They will work in a team environment to accomplish team set goals by tracking, storing, and managing the assets we receive. This position is based in our Tigard, OR office. This position will be expected to work 5, 8 hour day shifts between Mon-Fri.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues
- Working in a team environment to fulfill daily deadlines
- Continually striving to improve our day-to-day operations
- Handle special projects and needs as they arise
- Manage high value assets
- Inventory management
- Additional duties may be assigned with or without notice

TEAM BIO
Responsible for all aspects of the vault ingestion process after mail is opened until the item is curated and stored in our vault. We handle the creation, prep, and launch of our Weekly & Premier Auctions and manage the Fixed Price Marketplace.
