Job Description
Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is looking for a CRM Specialist to help deliver a full range of marketing communications. Reporting into our Senior Manager, CRM and Promotions for Online Casino, you will play an integral role on the Marketing team as well as the wider FBG organization.
Responsibilities :
- Help build and execute campaigns that deliver against CRM lifecycle goals for the Online Casino, leveraging email, push and in-app messaging to activate and retain FBG customers.
- Support daily operations of 360 campaign execution, asset management, monitoring and reporting.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, delivering insights on engagement and commercial performance via key metrics and testing methodologies.
- Assist in the development of customer journey maps and personas to improve understanding of customer behaviors and preferences.
- Develop detailed campaign briefs that clearly communicate requirements, deliverables and success metrics and provide feedback and approval of assets in partnership with the creative team.
- QA assets prior to execution, ensuring each campaign is tested and functions as expected.
- Partner with cross-functional teams from Marketing Ops, Loyalty, Product Marketing, Fanatics CRM and more to develop communications, promotions and tactics that advance Fanatics retention goals.
