What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Worker position at Fanatics?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using the daily production schedule, moves work into assigned sections, with direction from Supervisor.
- Retrieve and organize racks for the next work order.
- Move racks of jerseys out of production.
- Assists Supervisor in distributing repairs, rejects, and repulls.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to work standing
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs
- Must be able to work a production shift with overtime as necessary (i.e.: flexible hrs)
- Must be organized and able to follow instructions
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Must be able to read and write English
- Must be able to work with others
- Other responsibilities as required
