The Role
We are seeking an intern with the ability to support our Indirect Procurement team in reviewing, organizing, and streamlining our contract repository. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations, contract lifecycle management, and supplier governance. The successful applicant must be able to work collaboratively as a team and be a self-starter.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct a comprehensive review of the existing indirect procurement contract repository
- Identify outdated, duplicate, or missing contracts and collaborate with the procurement team to update records
- Work closely with the procurement and legal team to ensure contract compliance and alignment with company policies
- Assist in creating reports to track contract status, expirations and renewal needs
- Support additional procurement projects as needed
- Proactive, hard-working, intellectually curious and results-oriented
- Strong attention to detail to review contracts, identify discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital
- Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Insightful, consistent and considerate communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Legal Services and/or similar discipline with analytical bias
- Currently pursuing an MBA degree
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week in a hybrid setting
Salary : $30 - $40
