Job Description
OFFICE MANAGEMENT - HIGH LEVEL & HIGH VISIBILITY
- Front Office Reception (Main POC for LA / NY Offices, check in guests in Sunnyvale suite 100&200 : external vendors / employees)
- Conference Room management (Booking rooms through outlook, keep rooms refreshed & organized)
- Responsible for lunch orders for large staff events / meetings
- Employee Communication (POC for onsite employees for any office related issues / concerns. This individual with closely interact with staff and take on the role of OM)
- Office ordering & office organization. Experience in tracking and documenting office ordering and budget reporting.
- Establish and enforce Fanatics office policies and procedures.
- Work closely with administrative team leads & HR to support the organization. (Drive weekly meetings & HR updates)
- Experience in supervising and directing other office support staff as needed.
- Greet company visitors & provide administrative support.
- Organize company events (Be a team player and help build the office company culture.)
- Facilitate onsite company meetings working with onsite Executive Assistant Team.
- Monitor all clerical functions onsite (execute tasks onsite provided by administrative lead)
- Create badges in systems provided by JLL / Fanatics and keep track of lost badges(work with security)
