About the role:
Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a proven Product Strategy leader to tackle some of the highest priority, highest complexity, and highest visibility initiatives on our organization’s strategic product roadmap. This Product Strategy Sr Manager will report to the Senior Director of Product Strategy & Innovation (who reports directly into the SVP of Product Development) and will simultaneously own and/or engage with several high-impact initiatives. Given the Product Strategy & Innovation team’s end-to-end mandate, this role can expect to both 1) own evaluation and strategic definition of product initiatives as well as 2) drive execution and ultimately ensure on-time and high-quality delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with top-notch analytical skills, a demonstrated propensity for solving difficult problems, and a clear team-first mindset. Candidates with a passion for sports, culture, & entertainment will likely find themselves a strong cultural fit.

About The Team
Fanatics Collectibles is a leading licensor, producer, designer, and seller of physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets for entertainment and sports properties globally, as well as a manufacturer of physical and digital trading cards. It has secured exclusive licensing arrangements with major national professional sports leagues, including the MLB, NFL and the NBA, and related players associations, to produce physical and digital trading cards and other collectibles.
Fanatics Collectibles also has partnerships with a number of individual international sports teams and leagues, as well as owners of other entertainment properties granting similar exclusive rights. Fanatics Collectibles recently announced Fanatics Live, expected to launch later in 2023, which will focus on transforming the digital shopping experience through personality-driven content and entertainment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Within the first 3 months, you will…
- Take end-to-end ownership of our product strategy roadmap / funnel and, together with the Sr. Director of Product Strategy and the rest of the Product Strategy & Innovation team, work cross-functionally to ensure continued innovation and sustainable portfolio growth
- Independently drive execution of key workstreams, including portfolio strategy and expansion across new licenses and geographies, rollout of high-value product innovations, and more
- Provide analytical insights, report findings, deliver recommendations, and present progress updates to the SVP of Product Development, President of Trading Cards, CEO, and other key leaders/executives
- Lend analytical, strategic, and implementation support cross-functionally to teams tackling other high-impact initiatives across Fanatics Collectibles
- Build meaningful professional and interpersonal relationships both within Fanatics Collectibles and with external partners/stakeholders to better inform overall business and product strategy
- Become a subject matter expert in all things Trading Cards!
- 8 years of experience, with a preference for Management Consulting, Strategy, Finance / Accounting, or Biz Ops roles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar preferred
- Strong quantitative modelling & analytical skills, excellent written & verbal communication skills, strong financial acumen
- Extremely comfortable working with and presenting to high-ranking leaders at the VP level and above
- Team-first mindset, with a passion for solving highly complex problems together
- Ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work across a wide range of high-priority initiatives
- Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn

Salary : $150,000 - $195,000
