Senior Director Finance Operations
Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Support Senior Director Finance Operations with executing the overall strategic priorities and detailed road map and ultimately drive alignment, execution, tracking
- Facilitate the design of operating model across Finance and business partners to ensure a robust end-to-end view of managing the business.
- Advise and influence finance and business senior management in strategic planning as well as translating those in operational plans
- Drive key cross-functional projects for Finance
- Effectively apply state-of-the-art project management methodologies and enforce project standards across Finance
- Innovate Financial Planning & Analysis processes, tools, and ways of working by exploring and harnessing the power of analytics and technology
- Lead by example cross-functional collaboration & execution of deliverables within Finance and across key stakeholders
- Serve as key contact point and act as an interface between different functions and different development locations to drive alignment and to ensure smooth operation of the business
Senior Director Finance Operations
- CFO Fanatics Commerce and management team
- Wider Finance team reporting into Fanatics Commerce CFO
- Business leadership teams and their respective PMOs
- Selected other functions across the organization, based on project
- Strong finance skills – track record of understanding financial and business systems / processes and proactively engaging internal and external stakeholders to identify and define potential issues, opportunities and develop solutions creating value
- Complete understanding of financial statements and financial processes
