Reporting to the Project Manager, Organic Social, you will play a key role in building and executing regional social media content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative social media professional with a passion for sports entertainment.

The Game Plan
(What you will do)
- Content Planning: Build and maintain regional content calendars, aligning with marketing priorities and audience engagement strategies.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling, on-brand social media copy that drives engagement, resonates with target audiences, and aligns with platform best practices.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the graphic design team to develop compelling social assets that enhance engagement and brand storytelling.
- Content Execution: Post and manage content across regional social media handles, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with regional marketing directors and communications teams to source, review, and publish content.
- Amplification & Partnerships: Coordinate with teams, leagues, and external partners to maximize content reach through reposts and cross-promotions.
- Sponsored Content Management: Partner with ad sales to execute and track sponsored social posts, ensuring all commitments are met on time.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategies.
(What to bring
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content coordination, or digital marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple content calendars and stakeholder requests.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and external partners to develop and distribute content.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and content management tools.
- Ability to track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on audience engagement and business objectives.
- Passion for sports entertainment and an understanding of fan engagement trends.
