What are the responsibilities and job description for the Image Review Clerk - Remote position at FANEUIL, INC?
Our Image Review Clerks are responsible for accurately processing Optical Character Read (OCR) images for violation enforcement, account posting, lane tuning, and business practice reviews achieved by using the BOS, to review, verify and accept or reject images as a violation deterrent.
- Remote= Train at home / Work from Home
- Training Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST/CDT
- Production Hours: 7:00am-5:00am Mon-Fri / 7:00am-7:00pm Sat & Sun CST/CDT
- (you will be assigned an 40 hour a week schedule inside this timeframe)
Responsibilities:
- Process images through BOS by clicking to accept, editing to update, and rejecting to disposition at a 99.9% accuracy rate.
Identify, document, and notify management for repetitive abnormities discovered while processing images.
Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures. - Scanning of Customer or Violator document(s)
- Research violator disputes and update all disposition changes.
- Communicate and document dismissal results to the requesting parties, interoperability agencies, Database Administrator and management consistently through the established process.
- Accurately scan and enter into the BOS all correspondence received that is applicable to an enforceable violation.
- Enter and update the BOS and Customer Account application with complete and accurate notes, vehicle information, and tolling when required based on preestablished guidelines.
- Print and assemble complete uniform traffic citation packages as requested for court appearances and update the violation dispositions in BOS from the information ascertained from the courts.
- Batch, sort, and file incoming mail for processing, trending and reporting purposes.
Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures. Process images by choosing to accept, edit or reject at a 99.75% accuracy rate. - Assist Litigation Specialist when necessary, with Summons final review and Summons printing.
Perform all job functions in a manner that will achieve compliance with established performance measures and perform all other functions assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
- 6 months prior data entry experience or a related area preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic PC skills
- Data Entry skills
