As an event staff team member for FanGate Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in ticket services and event management. Team members will receive training on: giving top notch customer service to exceed our client’s expectations and increase fans overall experience, as well as venue information.
This position is for one event based in Rockingham, NC. Would you like to experience working at a NASCAR event? We provide staffing for Rockingham Speedway's NASCAR race weekend. Team members will be performing the following positions: Ticket Scanning, Camping Check-In, Access Credential Control, Bag Check, and Guest Services.
Responsibilities:
- Aid guests with accurate race and promotional information
- Provide problem solving techniques to assist all customer inquiries and concerns
- Represent FanGate Solutions and its clients in a professional and ethical manner
- Punctual and self-motivated with an attention to detail
- Communicate all pertinent information with clients and guests
- Provide & maintain the highest level of customer service to clients and guests
- Closely adhere to the health and sanitation guidelines set by FanGate Solutions and its clients
- Review event tickets and give accurate information on seating location
- Scan and validate race tickets at the gates for entry
- Perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by managers
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing to travel to Rockingham, NC on the weekend of April 17th-19th
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends and evenings
- College student majoring in sport management, hospitality management or related fields is a plus
- Eager to start & build a career in sports and live entertainment
- Ability to deliver exceptional service by anticipating the guests’ needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Strong interpersonal skills that complement a team-oriented work ethic
- Must be neat and presentable at all times
- Must be 18 years of age or older with at least a high school diploma or GED
Duration and Pay:
Work event on April 17th-19th in Rockingham, NC. This is a paid events position for work during actual events at $12/hour. Training is unpaid, but housing accommodations can be provided as well as a stipend for gas for anyone coming from out of town.

Friday, April 18th Shift: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Saturday, April 19th Shift: 8:00am – 7:00pm
