Responsibilities
- Assist the District Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in managing staff schedules, including shift management, covering shifts as needed
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions and manage inventory effectively.
- Train and mentor new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects the brand’s standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and payroll calculations.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with shift management to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to cater to diverse customer needs.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
- Proven ability in sales management to drive store performance and achieve targets.

Pay: $17.71 - $18.54 per hour
