Job Summary:

• Support a great customer experience by greeting and assisting every customer while acting in a discreet and respectful manner to customers, managers, and peers
• Complies with all policies, procedures, completes all training as well as practicing loss prevention awareness
• Demonstrates knowledge of all products, merchandise trends, in-store promotions and covers key areas of the store including novelties, lingerie, fitting rooms, movies, check out register, stocking storefront and supply rooms
• Efficiently executes all store tasks such as straightening, hanging, sizing, securing merchandise, and minor cleaning tasks

Preferred skills & experience:

• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to make decisions, communicate and problem solve
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Ability to conduct self in a professional and respectful manner with customers
• Willingness to be trained, coached and mentored with professional maturity
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Schedule and Miscellaneous Requirements:

• Part-time position available for evening and weekend shifts
• Example schedule: Thursday-Saturday 5 pm to close and Sunday 12 pm-8 pm
• This position starts at $11.00/hr and is paid weekly!
• The Sales Associate must maintain availability that meets the needs of the business and allows for flexibility in scheduling
• This is a Non-Smoking Establishment and smoking is not permitted during business hours

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the Sales Associate is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands for firm and strong grasping; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The Sales Associate is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The Sales Associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds.
