Responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards. Prepare all food products as directed by the Chef.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure the proper handling/storage of all products in accordance with standards and sanitation.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in proper working order.
- Assist with kitchen inventory and stock rotation as needed.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
