What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slot Technician Supervisor position at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino?
Summary:
Maintains the gaming device in proper operating condition and is responsible for the effective implementation of the Gaming Device Department's preventive maintenance program. Set up slot sections, move slot machines needed. Directs the work of Slot Technician I, II and III.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Plan and Direct assigned work projects.
- Responsible for Training Junior Slot Technicians.
- Maintain Gaming Device Online System.
- Update the written Out of Order machine list daily
- Maintain records.
- Provide technical assessment to slot floor personnel.
- Perform slot machine setup/configuration as required.
- Perform Slot machine relocations.
- Responsible for Gaming Devise Machine Entry Authorization Log, Gaming Device Access Key, Gaming Device Drop Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned), Gaming Device Bill Validator Key (escorted by Security Officer from the time key is issued until the time the key is returned)

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will guide the Slot Technicians I, II, and III.
