CREATING A SAFE SPACE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
We are looking for positive, energetic individuals to join our team as a Child Watch Assistant! Our Child Watch room gives parents a safe space for their children to play and have fun while they exercise. Child Watch Assistants are responsible for providing a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for members and their children focused on our core values of respect, responsibility, honesty and caring. Several aspects of the position include: greeting parents dropping off and picking up children and making children feel welcome; handling and resolving concerns and informing supervisor of unusual situations or unresolved issues, and maintaining safety procedures in accordance with Child Watch room policies. Minimum age for this position is 16 years old.
