We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager / Director U.S. MarketMDx (Individual Contributor) to join our team and contribute to our expansion and penetration into the US IVD market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the US market and will develop the plan needed to reach the annual sales target apart from coordinating the sales team. Additionally you will be conducting market due diligence and bringing new projects from the top IVD customers thereby improving Fapons visibility and reputation in the US IVD market.
Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Formulation :
- Deeply understand the demand trend and competitive landscape of the molecular raw materials market in the U.S. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs market trends and the competitive landscape in the MDx industry.
- Develop a feasible and competitive molecular raw materials business expansion strategy in the U.S. market
2. Customer Development and Management :
Utilize resources and industry connections to actively develop new customers.Maintain and develop relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.3. Sales and Business Development :
Formulate and implement sales plans to achieve the companys sales goals and performance indicators.Explore new business opportunities and drive the growth of molecular raw material product sales in the U.S. market.Participate in relevant industry exhibitions and conferences to enhance the companys influence in the industry.4. Product Promotion :
Plan and execute regional promotional activities to create awareness and generate demand for IVD raw materials.Develop marketing collateral including brochures product catalogs technical datasheets and application notes. Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and localize marketing materials for the regional market.5. Team Collaboration and Support :
Work closely with the HQ team to provide market feedback and suggestions to support product development and optimization.Provide training and guidance on market and customer aspects to the team.Qualifications : Requirements :
Educational Background :
Bachelors degree or higher in Biology or related fields.Work Experience :
At least 5 years of experience in molecular raw materials or related fields with a deep understanding of the molecular demand and competitive landscape in the U.S. market.Rich customer resources and industry connections with successful cases of business development and sales.Skills Requirements :
Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities.Outstanding customer communication and relationship management skills.Strong sales and business development capabilities able to independently drive project implementation.Personal Qualities :
