Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules, coordinating projects, household management, and handling various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain calendars, including scheduling appointments and meeting
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Shopping (e.g. clothes, gifts, etc.)
- Research
- Phone support
- Transportation
- Emails and correspondence
- Travel itinerary help (e.g. work trips or vacations)
- Household management (e.g. scheduling cleaners, managing family calendars, caring for children etc.)
Experience:
The successful candidate should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes
- Experience in event planning or project coordination is a plus
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
