Client Relations Manager
Position Overview:
Far Fetched Acres, a luxury dog retreat in the Hudson Valley seeks a Client Relations Manager. This full-time role blends exceptional client management with operational efficiency, nurturing and growing our client base while ensuring a seamless and enriching experience for both clients and their canine companions and the entire Far Fetched team.

Client Communication and Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, reservations, and concerns, delivering professional, prompt, and positive service.
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring clear communication of services, policies, and expectations while fostering trust and loyalty.
- Pay very careful attention to and communicate efficiently to entire team regarding any client notes for their dog’s special needs, medications, allergies etc
- Conduct facility tours for prospective clients, showcasing Far Fetched Acres’ unique offerings and commitment to excellence.
- Maintain accurate client and dog profiles in the reservation management system (Gingr) to ensure smooth team operations and personalized service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction, strengthen relationships, and encourage repeat business.
- Nurture and grow the client base by identifying opportunities for engagement and actively promoting Far Fetched Acres' services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to communicate client preferences and expectations effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and foster loyalty.
Office and Operations Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring organization, efficiency, and compliance with policies and procedures.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, processing invoices, filing, and generating reports.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to support seamless team productivity.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and data security within office systems, including client and dog profiles.
- Assist with HR adherence, payroll processing, and policy implementation for an expanding business.
- Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational workflows.
Collaboration and Support:
- Partner with the Transportation Director to coordinate logistics, scheduling, and client communication.
- Support daily dog care operations during busy periods, including feeding, cleaning, and assisting with services as needed.
- Ensure seamless coordination of dog transportation services, including pick-ups, stays, and drop-offs.
- Monitor vaccination records and compliance to ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care.
- Collaborate with team members to address operational challenges and maintain exceptional service.
Health, Safety, and Hospitality:
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for dogs, clients, and staff.
- Collaborate with the facilities team to address safety concerns and operational inefficiencies promptly.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the overall client experience and hospitality.

Position Details:
- Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year (based on experience), with bonus opportunities
- Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and professional development assistance.
- Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts with some weekend and holiday availability required.
