The Role:
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties, which they accomplish by sending out independent contractors like yourself.
The purpose of these property inspections is twofold:
- To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
- To provide detailed information about the property's current state.
In most cases, inspections are conducted exteriorly only. We contract with inspectors at a county level, meaning you would be responsible for completing all inspections within your designated area. In some cases, you may split the county with another inspector if there is sufficient volume.
The inspection process is straightforward and should take no longer than 5-6 minutes to complete.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete inspections within 4 days after assignment.
- Submit a short form through our mobile application.
Requirements:
- A computer with internet access.
- A smartphone (Android or iPhone).
Compensation:
You will be paid per inspection, with each one carrying a flat rate. This translates to earning $20-$30 per hour, depending on the county and urban or rural location.
The number of inspections you complete each month can vary greatly, ranging from 20 to 500, equivalent to working 2-30 hours per week. The work is consistent month-to-month, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
Benefits:
