Station Manager

Amazon Delivery Service Partner is hiring Full-Time Station Manager to oversee a station. We work exclusively with Amazon. This position may include driving large delivery vans in all weather conditions.

As the Station Manager, your duties are to lead multiple teams and continue to perform at the highest level. You will be responsible for day to day operations and ensuring the business is operating at a high level. There will be a bonus structure to reward exceptional performance.

Compensation & Benefits

· $60,000 - $70,000 Starting Base Salary with exceptional bonus program based on experience

Requirements and key duties/responsibilities:
· Lead 50-100 delivery associates
· Foster growth and build new potential leaders.
· Deep Dive and strive for highest level of quality.
· Managing Fleet of 30 Vehicles
· Managing for damages.
· Any additional duties directed by leadership
· Work well with Operations, Fleet, HR and other stakeholder teams daily.
· Ensure that drivers are working in a safe manner.
· Meet or exceed Monthly Safety Goals
· Meet or exceed Monthly Performance Goals

**Must be comfortable driving a large delivery van, working outdoors 9-11 hours per day. We operate in rain, sleet, and snow, and high temperatures until the job is complete.**

· Must be reliable and dependable
· Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road ability to drive at night
· A valid driver's license
· A reliable smart phone (we use ADP to clock in/out, and driving software to monitor on-road distractions and safe driving
· 21 years of age or older
· Must complete a 4 panel drug screen, and be subject to random drug screening
· Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
· Must be able to walk packages up driveways, stairways, walkways, and any other reasonable delivery location.
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work
· Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
· Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
· Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
· Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
· Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
· Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
· Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
· Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle

Preferred Qualifications:
· Must have at least 3 year of Management experience in a Amazon Delivery Service Partner environment or other related field.
· Must have at least 2 years of Delivery Service Partner experience(driver, dispatcher, etc.)
· Holds high ethical standards at all times
· Proven track record of reliability
· DOT/CDL not required
· Prior professional driving experience
· Prior experience representing a consumer brand with professionalism
· Excellent attention to detail with skill set to problem solve independently
· Demonstrate strong communication skills
· Self-motivated and able to work in a self-directed environment with an upbeat attitude
