**Job Title:** Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collecting required information from new residents to be admitted.
- Recording health details of residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administering medications and injections to residents as needed.
- Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed.
- Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required.
- Assisting residents with personal hygiene and dressing.
- Monitoring residents' food and liquid intake and output.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively as a team member.
- Valid LPN state license.
- Good standing with the State Registry.
