Far Rockaway Center is a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in New York. Our facility offers a warm, nurturing environment that allows each resident to maintain their individuality.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to Residents, including observation, reporting, and documentation
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- maintain a safe and clean environment for Residents, including setting up meal trays and cleaning Residents' spaces
- Transport Residents within the facility and assist with mobility needs
Requirements
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Successful completion of a CNA program
- Current CNA State Certification
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
