Your Role :
As a Part-Time Intern of Capital Markets Team, you will be expected to assist Capital Markets team's efforts in researching and analyzing capital market assigned tasks. You will also be assisting in equity / debt financing activities especially by coordinating the meetings, investor visit arrangement, and logistics. You will be responsible for preparation of the meeting materials, financial calculations and support track Capital Markets project with milestones and on time deliverables.
This is an excellent Part-Time (24 hours / week) opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and capital markets to contribute to the growth and success of our organization. This position will report to the Director of Investment and Fundraising, Capital Markets and work closely with FF's global leadership team and FF's investor networks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactiveness in challenging the status quo, and ability to identify areas for improvement and actionable solutions to achieve the desired improvement.
- Ability to assist in relationships management with investors in the capital market.
- Under guidance will be drafting engaging and influential messages intended for both internal staff and external investors
- Supports the market research and analysis, including identifying trends, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
- Performs calculations related to financial metrics, valuations, and forecasts.
- Assist in analyzing financial statements and financial projections.
- Monitor and track ongoing financing activity projects, set up milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely updates and reporting.
- Support investor communications by coordinating investor visits, roadshows, meetings and conference calls, and other relative events associated with the company's capital financing initiatives.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of financing activities, including terms, conditions, and timelines.
- Assist in capital markets team meeting as well as take meeting minutes, action items and progress on key tasks assigned on a daily and weekly basis.
- Supports and coordinates capital markets team in financing initiatives like term sheet preparation with due diligence.
- Other tasks as assigned.
