Your Role:
In this role as a Senior GL Accountant, you'll be responsible for timely and accurate recording of daily transactions, filing of transactional taxes, reconciliations and any task related to monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and document journal entries and reconciliations relating to balance sheet accounts.
- Work with other departments to obtain necessary information to create monthly/quarterly accruals.
- Work closely with international teams for monthly financial reporting and consolidations.
- Perform quarterly financial statement flux analysis.
- Prepare account reconciliations for assigned areas in a timely manner.
- Maintain the fixed assets subledger for company.
- Liaise with internal and external audit for mid-year and year-end audit support.
- Perform other related accounting duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field is required.
- CPA and prior audit experience is given strong consideration.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- SAP Software experience required.
- Public company experience is preferred.
- Must have experience in managing Fixed Assets, transactional taxation and SOX compliance.
Annual Salary Range:
($105K - $125K DOE), plus benefits and incentive plans
