What You’ll Do
As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Intake team ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to Intake Director and legal teams.
- Communicating with clients, field associates, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting thorough research to gather case-relevant information.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining updated contact inventories and facilitating deadlines with timely reminders.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
We want candidates who have:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Pre-Suit/Pre-Litigation Personal Injury law 2-3yrs.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal technology.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus!
- Experience with case management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
