What You’ll Do

As an Intake Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Intake team ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to Intake Director and legal teams.
  • Communicating with clients, field associates, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conducting thorough research to gather case-relevant information.
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Maintaining updated contact inventories and facilitating deadlines with timely reminders.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We want candidates who have:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Pre-Suit/Pre-Litigation Personal Injury law 2-3yrs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal technology.
  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus!
  • Experience with case management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
  • A professional demeanor, including attire and attendance.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 8-hour shifts
  • Monday to Friday
  • Onsite in a professional office setting
