What You’ll Do:
As a Legal Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our legal team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and enhancing overall office efficiency.
- Communicating with clients, field associates, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Preparing case summaries and materials for mediation, helping to organize team case reviews.
- Conducting thorough research to gather case-relevant information.
- Typing and filing legal documents and correspondence with attention to detail.
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Maintaining updated contact inventories and facilitating deadlines with timely reminders.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
We want candidates who have:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Legal Secretary in Pre-Suit/Pre-Litigation Personal Injury law.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal technology.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual is a plus!
- Experience with case management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding time-management and typing skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to work autonomously.
- A professional demeanor, including attire and attendance.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts (options of 8 AM - 5 PM, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, or 9 AM - 6 PM)
- Monday to Friday
- Onsite in a professional office setting
