Job Summary :
As a Social Security Attorney, you will represent clients seeking Social Security disability benefits before federal administrative agencies and federal courts. You will utilize your knowledge of Social Security law and federal procedures to advocate effectively for our clients. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in handling Social Security cases and a strong understanding of federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in Social Security disability hearings and appeals before the Social Security Administration and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to Social Security law and federal regulations.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appeals.
- Gather and review medical and vocational evidence to support client claims.
- Communicate with clients to keep them informed about their cases and explain complex legal concepts in an accessible manner.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies and improve processes.
- Stay current with changes in Social Security law and federal regulations.
- Participate in community outreach and education efforts related to Social Security benefits.
