We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Social Security Case Specialist to join our team. In this important role, you will assist clients with Social Security cases, manage the entire case process from intake to closing, and ensure timely filing of appeals and other required documentation with the Social Security Administration (SSA). This is a full-time, onsite position offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Case Management : Manage Social Security disability cases from initial intake through to resolution, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
- Appeals Filing : Prepare and file appeals with the Social Security Administration (SSA) within required deadlines, ensuring that all appeal processes are followed according to guidelines.
- Client Support : Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with questions related to their Social Security claims, explaining processes, and addressing concerns as they arise.
- Documentation & Record Keeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including all communications, forms, and supporting documents.
- Administrative Duties : Perform additional administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing correspondence, and updating case statuses in the database.
