We are looking for a dedicated Clinician to join our dynamic private practice team. As a Clinician, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals across various age groups and backgrounds. **Job Summary:** As a Clinician, you will be responsible for working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and barriers to advancing in life. Clinicians work with clients to develop tailored treatment plans and implement sound interventions to guide clients to their life goals. Your role will involve working closely with clients to address mental health concerns and promote overall well-being. **Responsibilities:** - Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, Communication skills, etc - Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals. - Provide individual and family therapy utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. - Manage behavior through effective behavior management strategies. - Maintain accurate clinical records including progress notes, treatment plans, mental status exams and discharge summaries. Compliance with payer standards is a must. **Requirements:** - Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. - Proven experience in conducting therapy sessions and managing diverse client caseloads. - Strong knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities. - Proficiency in record keeping and documentation. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
