Truck Mechanic and Maintenance Expert

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair fleet equipment, including trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Diagnose and repair complex problems with fleet vehicles, including engine, transmission, and brake issues.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with the transportation team to prioritize repair needs and optimize fleet operations.
• Communicate complex technical information to non-technical personnel, including drivers, dispatchers, and supervisors.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
