This part-time position reports directly to the Director of Operations. Day, weekend, and evening shifts are available for flexible schedules. $14 per hour | Part-Time (approx. 10-20 hours per week)Responsibilities
- Qualified candidates will be responsible for the duties listed below.
- Become familiar with museum practices
- Ready the museum for opening
- Sell admission tickets
- Handle transactions related to retail and museum memberships
- Various administrative tasks
- Light cleaning
- Set-up for events
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Demands
- Regularly performs tasks with hands and fingers for grasping and holding objects.
- Regularly performs office-related tasks at a desk or workstation while sitting, such as: keyboarding, phones, handwriting, filing, etc.
- Sometimes pushes, pulls, lifts, and/or carries up to 50 pounds across a distance with or without supportive devices.
- Sometimes stands, walks, bends, stoops, crouches, reaches, climbs, and kneels throughout the work day.
