Fargo Assembly is seeking a dedicated and qualified candidate to fill the role of Parts Delivery Driver along with additional responsibilities. This position is responsible for daily deliveries between our Fargo locations, Lisbon, and Bobcat Gwinner, along with other tasks assigned by the plant manager. Deliveries will be made using an automatic box truck, and the role involves operating a forklift and pallet jack for loading and unloading products. A CDL license is not required for this position.
Position Requirements:
Full Time: Monday – Friday
1st Shift – 7am to 3:30pm
Fargo Assembly manufactures wiring harnesses that power and control equipment and vehicles used locally and worldwide. Although we are part of a larger organization, we pride ourselves on maintaining a tight-knit, small-company environment where employees are valued.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND BEHAVIOR:
- 18 years or older.
- Must pass testing for color vision (done on site, we work with many differently colored wires in our products)
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive an automatic box truck
KEY ACTIVITIES TO PERFORM JOB FUNCTION:
- Perform daily transportation and delivery of products between Fargo locations, Lisbon, and Gwinner.
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack to load and unload products safely and efficiently. (We will train)
- Maintain accurate and legible written records.
- Communicate effectively in English.
- Identify and report any issues promptly.
- Stand and perform physical duties for an 8-hour shift.
- Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines established by the company.
- Additional tasks as assigned by management.
