Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to club recipes and standards.
- Assist with food prep such as chopping, portioning, and organizing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including grills, fryers, prep stations, and storage areas.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented correctly with attention to quality and appearance.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage of food.
- Stock and restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep service running smoothly.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy pool hours.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
- Perform cleaning duties such as washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness.
- Engage with members and guests in a friendly, professional manner if needed at the poolside window.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices (ServSafe certification a plus).
