What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baseball Information Internship- 2025 Summer position at Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks?
RedHawks Summer Internship:
The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and hard-working individuals to join our front office team for the 2025 season! This position would work within the communications department.
Internships can be done for college credit and are paid positions. Housing is available. Positions run from May 2025 to September 2025 (some flexibility for school schedule available).
Baseball Information Internship Role:
The Baseball Information intern is responsible for a variety of duties throughout the season, including the production of game notes for home games, production of stat packs for each team and working alongside the RedHawks staff and visiting teams to make sure each side has all relevant documents (scouting reports, notes, etc.) available, as necessary. During each home game, this position inputs live data to the American Association’s Pointstreak scoring software and operates the digital scoreboard. This intern also has the ability to work on other projects, including working with Trackman data, if interested.
Qualifications:
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, demonstrate excellent follow-through, and have self-starting ability
- Must be able to work nights and weekend and able to commit to the entire RedHawks season
- Must be willing to work extended hours
- Ability to work in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude
