FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Wichita, Eads, Durango, Kansas City, Denver, Orlando, and Phoenix has an excellent career opportunity for a Business Development Manager with 3 years experience with sales in a similar construction field.
Our ideal Business Development candidate would have experience working in commercial construction or commercial roofing, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company, and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for :
- Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, general contractors
- Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals
- Customer Service and management of client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts and expand business relationships
- Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions
