Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of roofing projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters
- Customer Relations:
- Communicate effectively with customers throughout the entire roofing process
- Address customer concerns and questions promptly
- Financial Management:
- Manage project budgets and ensure timely payment collection
Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficiency in basic computer and internet skills
- Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds and climb roofs
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
