Commercial Roofing Business Development Manager - St Louis
Salary plus commission : $150,000 - $200,000

FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Wichita, Eads, Durango, Kansas City, Denver, Orlando, and Phoenix has an excellent career opportunity for a Commercial Roofing Sales Executive with 5 years' experience with sales in a similar construction field.
Our ideal Commercial Roofing Sales Executive candidate would have experience working in commercial construction or commercial roofing, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company, and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for :
- Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, general contractors
- Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals
- Customer Service and management of client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage accounts and expand business relationships
- Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions
