The Retail Store Manager is a part-time sales professional who is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Faribault Mill store at 50th & France in Edina. Store hours are Tuesday through Saturday 10 am to 6 pm and Sunday 11 am to 4 pm. The store is closed on Monday.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers daily in person at the retail store.
- Support the sales goals set by the Company's Executive Leadership team.
- Manage and coach the retail store team members at the Edina store location.
- Schedule employees to ensure adequate coverage during normal business hours.
- Follow store opening and closing procedures and train team members to do the same.
- Respond to customer service inquires through phone, email, and web.
- Develop dedicated events for the Edina Retail Store to drive traffic and raise awareness.
- Merchandise product, identifying ideal design for the customer shopping experience.
- Receive and organize weekly and bi-weekly inventory, working closely with the store inventory planner to identify store product needs.
- Participate in the local community by developing relationships with neighboring retailers, local businesses, and other community groups.
