Position Summary:
As a Restaurant Server at Farm 12 Restaurant, you will be the face of our dining experience, providing warm and attentive service to our guests. You will guide guests through our menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and ensure they have a seamless and enjoyable meal. Your role involves taking orders accurately, coordinating with the kitchen, and delivering food and beverages efficiently. You will also manage table settings, process payments, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Servers at Farm 12 are expected to create a welcoming environment while upholding our high standards of service, hospitality, and food quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a guest-first mindset.
- Learn and adapt to changing restaurant menus, attending training as needed.
- Execute Farm 12 service standards, including upselling and meeting sales metric goals.
- Stay informed about daily fresh sheet items, 86’d items, and special offerings.
- Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to dress code guidelines.
- Complete daily side work efficiently.
- Uphold company standards for safety, food quality, presentation, and brand alignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Prior experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred.
- Passion for quality service and giving back to the community.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
- Current Food Handler’s Permit and Washington State MAST required.
- Physically able to stand for long periods, climb stairs, bend, and carry heavy items.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Hours will vary depending on business needs.
This is a seasonal position. Pay range does not include tips.
The pay range for this role is:
16.66 - 16.66 USD per hour(Puyallup, Wa)
