Job Overview
We are a fast-growing, highly professional insurance and financial services agency seeking a full-time, year-round Office Manager/Customer Service Associate to join our team! No prior insurance or financial experience is required! However, candidates must be willing to learn and obtain their insurance licenses within the first 3 months (company-sponsored training provided).
Compensation: Competitive salary bonuses and commission potential (DOE).
Primary Responsibilities:
✅ Create a warm, welcoming environment for clients
✅ Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in customers
✅ Assist with policy changes, proof of insurance requests, and billing questions
✅ Support office organization and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
✔ Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses (we’ll help!)
✔ Ability to pass a federal background check
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
