About the Role:
As an Customer Service Account Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring our agency operates smoothly and efficiently. From managing client interactions to supporting marketing efforts, your contributions will be integral to our team’s success and the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses. Proactively maintain regular communication with clients to foster strong relationships and provide updates.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily office operations, including preparing and documenting client correspondence, managing schedules, and handling general administrative tasks.
- Communication: Interact professionally with clients, team members, and the public in person, over the phone, and via email, maintaining a polished and approachable demeanor.
- Adaptability: Take on new tasks with enthusiasm and flexibility, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must obtain a Property & Casualty Producers License within the first three months of employment (not required to apply).

This position is full time. 36-40 Hours per week. Monday- Friday.
