This role offers a unique blend of client account management, administrative support, and sales prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Policy Management – Handle client communications, process policy changes, manage COIs, and assist with billing inquiries.
- Sales & Renewals – Schedule and prepare for annual client reviews, manage follow-ups, and handle lower-level policy reviews.
- Administrative Support – Organize calendars, schedule meetings, track policy changes, and manage paperwork.
- Marketing & Outreach – Manage social media, client engagement, and appreciation events.
- Prospecting & Scheduling – Keep the producer’s calendar full with new business appointments and cross-sell life insurance, wealth management, and personal lines.

Requirements:
- Tech-savvy – Proficient in email, CRM systems, Excel, and basic math

- High integrity & service-minded – Committed to helping clients and the team succeed
- Must pass a background check and be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license
