Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Insurance and Financial Services Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, along with a keen ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients as well as work INDEPENDETLY. This role is crucial in maintaining an efficient office workflow, supporting staff, and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- In person 8AM to 4PM or 9AM to 5PM management of office operations, including scheduling and calendar management for clients and employees of the Agency.
- Identifying cross sell opportunities (sales are encouraged and rewarded/compensated, but optional)
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Ensure effective communication within the office by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, and facilitating information flow to appropriate parties, Agency owner, sales associates, and underwriting.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies, equipment, and maintenance requests.
- Paid Holidays off
- 1 week paid vacation provided after 1 year of employment
Skills
*REQUIRED - MUST be AZ P&C and L&H Licensed
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Proficient in administrative tasks , sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Effective communication skills to interact with staff and clients at all levels.
- Ability to MULTITASK and prioritize responsibilities in a FAST-PACED environment.
- Strong phone etiquette with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
